This electric guitar's shape blends the style of two separate Gibson guitars. It borrows the iconic horn cutaways of the SG while retaining a more rounded body similar to the lesser known 335-S, itself a solid-body version of the classic ES-335. Modeled in SolidWorks and programmed in HSMWorks, the body and neck were each cut on a ShopBot CNC router out of genuine mahogany boards. The ebony fingerboard was finished off with dot fret markers cut from remaining mahogany scraps. All fretwork and finishing was done by hand.
